Antoine HRAOUI
Chairman and CEO
Antoine Hraoui joined Intalio in 2004 as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the group. He has become one of the most aspiring figures in the tech industry, accumulating over three decades of experience in large multinational groups across France and the US.
Antoine holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Detroit-Michigan and a graduate certificate in Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Veronique BLOQUE
Vice Chairman and EVP Operations
Veronique Bloque is the Vice-Chairman and of Intalio. Veronique held numerous reputable senior management roles in the technology sector over the past 20 years and even established her own Paris-based IT services provider, AKURA.
Veronique first joined Everteam Global Services as the product marketing manager but quickly proved to be a highly valuable member of the company which later earned her the position of France Chief Executive Officer in 2017, and she still excels through her unparalleled leadership skills.
Anne Ferrand
SVP, ESG Sustainability
Anne Ferrand, Intalio’s SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility, has spent more than twenty years working in marketing and even founded her own structure with the objective of supporting social and environmental entrepreneurship.
Anne graduated from Paris IX Dauphine with a “Maîtrise de Sciences de Gestion”, a D.E.S.S. in “Gestion des Nouvelles Technologies et de l’Innovation” and a second D.E.S.S. in “Distribution, Logistiques, Ventes et Négociations”.
Tong CHHOR
SVP, Business Development
Tong is the Senior Vice President of Intalio’s France operations. His knowledge includes new technologies, sales, marketing, and project management.
Tong has acquired extensive expertise within the software industry, especially in Intelligent Information Management (IIM). His knowledge includes new technologies, sales, marketing, and project management.
Tong is a “SUPINFO International University” graduate and holds an MBA from the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts, CNAM. He is also an active member of « Les Entretiens de l’Excellence », which helps young people to better shape their graduate studies and choose a career path by bringing them into contact with professionals.
Hussein ABDALLAH
EVP, Europe
Hussein Abdallah is the Executive Vice President of Intalio. His tremendous success as the Qatar Country Manager propelled him into leading the business in Qatar and North Africa since 2017 and in France in 2019.
Hussein utilized his substantial experience in Europe, mainly France and the UK, to become an influential communicator capable of targeting both analytical minds and creative strategists. Hussein also holds an EMBA degree from HEC Paris, and enjoys socializing, traveling, and reading.
Jean-Pierre LA HAUSSE DE LALOUVIERE
SVP, Corporate Governance
Jean-Pierre La Hausse de Lalouvière is a member of the Industry Board of Directors at Intalio. With 40 years of industry experience, he has extensive knowledge of Content and Process services and Data Governance solutions.
Jean-Pierre has managed several companies specializing in ECM, notably Everteam Global Services France, now known as Intalio. Since 2019, he has been the President of eFutura, the association of Professionals of Digital Transition. Jean-Pierre also enjoys listening to classical music and jazz.
Stephanie AZARIAN
SVP, Expertise and Solutions
Stephanie has gained extensive experience in sales, presales, and marketing before becoming an SVP at Intalio.
She is highly skilled in managing different types of Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management solutions.
Stephanie holds a Computer Science degree from the American University of Science and Technology.
Bilal HMEDEH
EVP, Middle East and Africa
Bilal started as a technical specialist in the IT sector and quickly accumulated outstanding knowledge and credibility within Intalio to become the Executive Vice President and a Board Member.
Today, he navigates through complex endeavors and ensures long-term success through proactive leadership in the MEA/GCC Sales and Business Operations department.
Bilal is an MBA graduate from the USA and is currently doing his global management certificate from INSEAD France. Moreover, he has been a Certified International Leader Trainer from the World Organization of the Scout Movement since 2003, and he enjoys camping and football.
Ramez AL KARA
SVP, Software Research and Development
Ramez is the Senior Vice President of Product Development at Intalio and manages Intalio products with Teams in Egypt and Europe.
Ramez Al Kara is a self-made technical software consultant and business leader, bringing more than 15 years of experience in artificial intelligence, cloud, and blockchain.
Ramez has gained extensive experience in the development life cycle building world-class products and leading the R&D team. He is also an expert at public speaking and debating and enjoys playing table tennis.
Joseph HRAWI
EVP, Business Solutions
Joseph Hrawi is the Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of Intalio, and he is also the CEO of Ever Business Solutions, a leading provider of ERP solutions.
With nearly 35 years of experience, Joseph was able to bring considerable advancements to Intalio by restructuring and developing the Business Solution Unit all the while assuming key responsibilities in Recruitment, Finance, and Unit Organization management.
Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Detroit and spends his free time traveling and hiking.
